Are you and your spouse passionate about shaping a child’s future who has lost their parents due to abuse, abandonment, neglect, or death?

As Caregiving Cottage Parent (legally married), you and your spouse will live in our residential homes, creating a family environment for our at-risk kids aged 6-18 who often have nowhere else to turn. After completing our two-week in-house paid training, you will take on a life-changing mission by guiding, counseling, and helping to meet our children’s emotional, educational, spiritual, and daily needs. We pray you can provide these kids with compassion, internal strength, and competence.

We need you to have a desire, dedication, and an interest in integrating your family with the kids in the home, creating a cohesive environment for all.

Due to the critical nature of this position, HOFYR Caregiving Couples who meet our high standards of care will receive competitive compensation by providing you with a caring and supportive environment, comprehensive pay, no cost of expenses living within the home, extensive paid training, followed by 24-hour professional support, future career opportunities, and state-of-the-art treatment techniques. In addition, medical/dental/vision and prescription benefits, paid vacation, and tuition assistance is provided after three years of service.

Nationally recognized, The Ranch is a premier facility in caring for hurting children. We are fully licensed and accredited through the State of Florida Department of Children and Family and COA (Council on Accreditation). Annually, The Ranch will touch the lives of approximately 100 children and family members.

The Church of God Heart of Florida Youth Ranch is dedicated to being the place where “Hope Begins” through nurturing care. We are committed to ministry that reaches every area of a child’s life (physical, emotional, spiritual, educational).

Usually, the first steps of a child’s journey toward hope and healing begin with their placement at HOFYR. After completing our two-week in-house paid training, you will take on a life-changing mission by guiding, counseling, and helping to meet our children’s emotional, educational, spiritual, and daily needs. We hope and pray that you can provide these kids with compassion, internal strength, and competence.

We need you to have a desire, dedication, and an interest in sharing your life with other team members and residents.
